We have close to 200 Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition and Outlook 2011 for Mac clients and despite configuring them (either using autodiscover or manually) with a load balanced host name (i.e. Owa.company.com), when on the internal network, at some point they automatically change the server connection setting to make a direct connection with.
